Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-08-29
By using LOOKDOWN you agree to the following.
1.What the service is
LOOKDOWN is a 3D city where brands buy visibility openly. The amount you pay buys a building and a rank in that city.
What is sold is sponsored visibility. It is not a partnership, an investment, equity, or any kind of financial instrument.
2.How rank is decided
Rank is decided solely by the total amount paid. There is no hidden multiplier, editorial favouritism or paid promotion.
If another brand pays more than you, your rank drops. That is how the service works, not a fault.
3.Payment and refunds
Payments are collected through a licensed payment institution.
Refund terms are set out on the Cancellation and Refunds page. Your statutory rights of withdrawal are reserved in any case.
4.You are responsible for your content
You are responsible for the brand name, logo, description and address you submit.
You confirm you have the right to use them and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them in the city. Ownership of your brand stays with you.
5.Right to remove
We may remove a building that breaks the City Rules.
For buildings removed because of a rule breach, refunds are assessed in accordance with the Cancellation and Refunds Policy and mandatory consumer law.
6.Availability and warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular number of visitors, or any commercial outcome.
The service may be paused temporarily for maintenance and development.
7.Changes and termination
These terms may change; changes are announced by the date at the top of the page.
If we discontinue the service entirely, participants will be informed.
8.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
In consumer disputes your statutory remedies are reserved; this text cannot limit your right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or a Consumer Court.
For commercial disputes, the courts and enforcement offices at the SELLER’s registered address have jurisdiction.
