Cancellation and Refunds

This is a digital service whose performance begins immediately after payment. The Distance Contracts Regulation may provide an exception to the right of withdrawal for services of this kind.

The payment step includes a separate checkbox: “I request that this digital service be provided immediately upon purchase, and I have been informed that I may lose my right of withdrawal.” Payment cannot start unless it is ticked.

That confirmation is recorded together with your order. Where it was not obtained, the withdrawal exception does not apply.

A refund is issued after review in cases of technical error, duplicate or unauthorised charges, or where the purchased digital right could not be provisioned to your account.

In addition to these, your statutory rights arising from the right of withdrawal are reserved.

If a refund is approved, the amount is returned to the card used and in the same currency. Depending on your bank it can take a few business days to appear.

If a building is removed for breaching the City Rules, any refund request is assessed under the terms on this page and mandatory consumer law.

Dropping in rank because another brand paid more is not a defect and is not on its own grounds for a refund; it is stated clearly upfront that the paid amount is the only thing driving rank.

If a payment does not complete, your card is not charged. If your bank placed a temporary authorisation hold, it clears on its own.
