Distance Sales Agreement

SELLER: LOOKDOWN. Contact: lookdownlolofficial@gmail.com.

BUYER: the person or business purchasing the service with the details given in the payment form.

The subject of this agreement is the digital service purchased electronically by the BUYER through LOOKDOWN, whose characteristics and price are set out below.

The parties acknowledge their obligations under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The service is sponsored visibility in the city: a building and a place in the ranking for the BUYER’s brand. Height and rank derive solely from the total amount paid.

The price is shown clearly in Turkish lira (TRY) at the payment step. The amount shown includes taxes and no additional service fee is charged.

What is sold is sponsored visibility; it is not a partnership, investment, share or any financial instrument.

Payment is collected through PayTR, a licensed payment institution. Card details never reach the SELLER at any stage and are not stored by the SELLER.

Payments can currently only be taken with cards issued in Türkiye. Attempts with cards issued abroad are declined by the payment institution and nothing is charged to the BUYER.

The payment data the SELLER records is limited to: order number, amount, payment outcome, and the email address and phone number given by the BUYER.

The service is digital. No physical product is sold; there is no shipping, no delivery fee and no delivery address. What is sold is sponsored visibility in the city: a building and a rank.

The building is added to the city the moment the payment provider confirms the payment. This usually takes seconds, so the service is performed immediately.

That confirmation comes from the provider’s server-to-server notification, not from the BUYER’s browser. The service is therefore performed even if the page is closed right after payment.

If bank confirmation takes longer than expected, the payment shows as processing and the building is added automatically once it settles.

If a payment was taken but the building is not visible in the city, writing to lookdownlolofficial@gmail.com with the order number is enough; it will be investigated and fixed.

Once purchased, the digital plot and building remain visible in the BUYER’s account for as long as the platform operates the service.

The service is not promised to be perpetual: if the platform closes or the rules change, participants are informed.

This is a service performed instantly in an electronic environment, beginning immediately after payment with the BUYER’s approval.

At the payment step the BUYER confirms, via a separate checkbox, that they request immediate performance of the service and have been informed that they may lose their right of withdrawal. Payment cannot start without this confirmation, and it is stored with the order record.

Where that confirmation was not obtained, the withdrawal exception cannot be relied on. Details are on the Cancellation and Refunds page.

The BUYER may bring complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their own place of residence, within the monetary thresholds announced by the Ministry of Trade.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For commercial disputes, the courts and enforcement offices at the SELLER’s registered address have jurisdiction; the consumer’s statutory remedies are reserved.

By completing the payment step, the BUYER declares having read and accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force at that moment.
